Nicki Magaard, Assistant Principal of Wilson Elementary, honored with state Leadership Award

(12/12/2025) The Minnesota Elementary School Principals’ Association (MESPA) named Nicki Magaard, assistant principal at Wilson Elementary School in Anoka, Minnesota’s recipient of the National Outstanding Assistant Principal Award from the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP).

Updated district and school websites coming this week

(12/12/2025) Anoka-Hennepin Schools will launch updated district and school websites Thursday, Dec. 18. The change is required by the district’s current website vendor to ensure the platform is technically supported in the new year.

Big news for your future: Roth 403(b) is coming in 2026

(12/1/2025) The District is adding a Roth 403(b) retirement savings option effective January 1, 2026. This is a major enhancement for employee benefits, which adds options to continue with the current traditional 403(b), or choose the new Roth option.
